STATEHOUSE (April 25, 2025) – "The General Assembly concluded the 2025 legislative session today, which has been an extremely important one for education in Indiana. Despite receiving a concerning revenue forecast earlier this month predicting a $2.4 billion shortfall, our balanced state budget increases K-12 tuition support over the biennium for all public schools compared to 2025 by $340 million in 2026 and $620 million in 2027. The budget also makes all Indiana students eligible for the Indiana Choice Scholarship in 2027. more »
