Statement from State Sen. Eric Bassler

State Senator Eric Bassler (R-Washington) announced today his opposition to a proposed federal redistricting plan for Indiana:

STATEHOUSE (Nov. 13, 2025) – “I cannot support any mid-census redistricting plan,” said Senator Bassler, flatly.

"Four years ago, my Republican colleagues and I voted for our current state and federal legislative maps. I stand by that vote and I will not support legislation to change our congressional maps," said Bassler.
