State Sen. Brian Buchanan (R-Lebanon) made the following statement today in response to Gov. Eric Holcomb's 2023 State of the State address:
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 10, 2023) — "During his State of the State address tonight, Gov. Holcomb highlighted his priorities for the 2023 legislative session.
"One of the governor's main agenda items this year is to increase K-12 funding. This initiative will help increase the salaries of Indiana's teachers in districts across the state and support Indiana's students.
"I look forward to working with fellow lawmakers and the governor as we tackle the needs of schools and address other issues facing Indiana residents."
