Sen. Delph: Committee to Hear Bill on Veterans’ Treatment Pilot Program

STATEHOUSE (Feb. 6, 2017) – State Sen. Mike Delph (R-Carmel) will present Senate Bill 454, which addresses treatment plans for veterans on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 9 a.m. in the Senate Chamber. The bill includes the creation of a lottery scratch-off game with revenue going directly into a veterans’ treatment fund. The fund would provide free treatment for veterans with traumatic brain injury or post-traumatic stress disorder. more »
