Sen. Crider welcomes local students to Statehouse as Senate pages

STATEHOUSE (March 4, 2026) – State Sen. Michael Crider (R-Greenfield) welcomed the following local students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages.

  • Cohen Burns, from Greenfield, attends Greenfield Central Junior High School
  • Farah Coen, from Needham, attends Triton Central High School
  • Harper Cosat, from Greenfield, attends New Palestine Intermediate School
  • Kylee Crider, from Fishers, attends Fall Creek Intermediate School
  • Adalynn Eakin, from New Palestine, attends New Palestine High School
  • Nieko Engleking, from Greenfield, attends Eastern Hancock High School
  • Jameson Kinder, from Greenfield, attends Eastern Hancock Middle School
  • Lena May, from Greenfield, attends Eastern Hancock Middle School
  • Makenna Musser, from New Palestine, attends New Palestine High School
  • Brooke Norton, from Greenfield, attends New Palestine Intermediate School
  • Chase Scott, from Greenfield, attends Greenfield-Central High School

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senator.

"It's always a pleasure to see so many students interested in what legislators do at the Statehouse," Crider said. "I'm always happy to take some time out of the day to speak with pages and answer any questions they have about my job as a state senator or state government."

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session.

The 2026 Senate Page program has now ended. Parents interested in learning more about the program should visit www.IndianaSenateRepublicans.com/Page-Program. Applications for the 2027 program will be available at the end of 2026.
