State Sen. Erin Houchin (R-Salem) presents House Concurrent Resolution 40, which recognizes dyslexia among Hoosier youth, at the Statehouse Monday, Feb. 24. Houchin was accompanied by students with dyslexia as well as tutors and advocates who work to educate the public, parents and educators about dyslexia.
