On July 4, 1776, our Founding Fathers adopted the Declaration of Independence, and history forever changed. What was once a small collection of colonies began its journey to becoming the great nation we know and love today.
As we celebrate Independence Day with our family and friends, it's important to reflect on the founding principles that make the United States of America the greatest nation in the world. Let us never forget how fortunate we are to live in a place that offers innumerable liberties and opportunities to pursue the American dream.
As we take time to recognize America's rich history, it is also important to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and continue to put their lives on the line to protect us – may we always honor their service.
This holiday weekend, let us take a moment to pause and remember all that has gone into making our country the great nation it has become.
