Busch receives Senate committee assignments

STATEHOUSE (Dec. 9, 2022) – State Sen. Justin Busch (R-Fort Wayne) has been appointed by Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) to serve on three committees for the 123rd Indiana General Assembly.

Busch will serve on the following Senate committees:

  • Appropriations;
  • Health and Provider Services, ranking member; and
  • Public Policy.

"Committees are beneficial for lawmakers because it gives us a chance to work out the details in our bills and help fellow lawmakers craft their legislation," Busch said. "Being named ranking member of the Health committee is an honor, and I am especially looking forward to helping produce a balanced budget this year with my appointment on the Appropriations committee."
