Severe weather has impacted many communities across Indiana in recent weeks, causing damage to homes and businesses and leading to disaster declarations. Thankfully, there are many resources available to help Hoosiers during times like these.
Following the storms, the governor declared a state of disaster emergency, which is in effect for 30 days and allows additional state resources to be used, like the State Disaster Relief Fund.
Disaster relief is available for Hoosiers who were impacted by severe weather in recent weeks and applies only to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. To learn more and apply, click here.
