State Sen. Spencer Deery (R-West Lafayette) made the following statement today in response to Gov. Eric Holcomb's 2023 State of the State address:
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 10, 2023) — "It's the role of the General Assembly to ask tough questions about the details of a governor's proposals, and I intend to do that, but I believe Gov. Holcomb's priorities are well placed.
"I stand ready to partner with the executive branch and my colleagues in the legislative branch to make greater investments in our schools, our police and the physical and mental health of our people."

which includes Fountain, Parke, Vermillion and Warren counties,
