State Sen. Linda Rogers (R-Granger) is calling on Gov. Braun to temporarily suspend tax on gas to help provide relief for Hoosiers and made the following statement today:
STATEHOUSE (April 8, 2026) – "As people across the state struggle to keep up with the rising costs of living, I continue to work with my fellow legislators on ways to help those in our community. I fully support Sen. Holdman's call to temporarily suspend the tax on gas, especially as we continue to see high prices. This is a reasonable next step for us to help offer some relief for Hoosiers, and I encourage the governor to strongly consider this request."
