State Sen. Linda Rogers (R-Granger) made the following statement today in response to Gov. Mike Braun's 2026 State of the State address:
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 14, 2026) — "I am pleased to see the governor continue to keep the education of Hoosier students in his priorities. This session I am working on several bills that would improve our state's education system and bolster opportunities for work-based learning among our students, including legislation that would encourage high-performing students to consider partnering with businesses that provided guaranteed incentives.
"I am looking forward to working with my colleagues this session to pass legislation that encourages our future workforce to remain in the state and makes Indiana a better place to live, work and raise a family."
