Indiana Senate President Pro Tem David Long (R-Fort Wayne) made the following statement today regarding the passage of the federal tax reform bill:
STATEHOUSE (Dec. 20, 2017) ― “In Indiana, we know the value of low taxes — our business-tax climate ranks best in the Midwest, Indiana has been named a top-10 state for the cost of doing business, and we have had a record-breaking year for job commitments.
“I applaud the efforts of our federal legislators on the passage of this long overdue federal tax reform, and look forward to the positive impact the tax relief will mean for hardworking Americans across the country.”
