State Sen. Gary Byrne (R-Byrneville) made the following statement today regarding the conclusion of the 2025 legislative session:
STATEHOUSE (April 25, 2025) — "The General Assembly officially concluded the 2025 legislative session today, and I was honored to represent Senate District 47.
"I championed several pieces of legislation to support public safety and parental rights, prevent unlawful discrimination and promote educational curriculum transparency.
"I look forward to spending time this interim hearing from local constituents on how to continue to make Indiana a better place to raise a family."

which includes Harrison and Washington counties, and most of Floyd County.
