Statement from State Sen. Brian Buchanan

State Sen. Brian Buchanan (R-Lebanon) made the following statement today in response to Gov. Eric Holcomb’s 2024 State of the State address:

STATEHOUSE (Jan. 9, 2024) – "As chairman of the Senate Committee on Commerce and Technology, I was pleased to hear the governor discuss his dedication to workforce development initiatives this year.

"With my colleagues, I plan to consider legislation this session that will improve our workforce and prepare it for future jobs.

"I was also appreciative of the importance the governor has placed on education.

"I am happy to start the 2024 legislative session and work with other members of the General Assembly to craft meaningful legislation for all Hoosiers."
