SPARTZ AND GOODRICH HONOR NOBLESVILLE HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS SOCCER TEAM: State Sen. Victoria Spartz (R-Noblesville, second from front right) and State Rep. Chuck Goodrich (front right) welcome the Noblesville High School girls soccer team to the Statehouse Thursday, Feb. 20. Spartz and Goodrich congratulated the team on winning the 2019 Indiana High School Athletic Association Class 3A state championship title with Senate Concurrent Resolution 13. Noblesville beat No. 1 Carmel, 1 to 0, to win the title.
