STATEHOUSE (Dec. 8, 2016) – Indiana Senate President Pro Tem David Long (R-Fort Wayne) today announced 2017-2018 Senate Standing Committee assignments.
“Committees are the engines of the legislative process,” Long said. “The first chances for debate, public testimony and amendments all happen at the committee level. Our committees take pride in their work product; it is the most important task we undertake as legislators.”
