Sen. Glick welcomes students to Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (Feb. 21, 2024) – State Sen. Sue Glick (R-LaGrange) welcomed Andrew Bush, Isabella Tunstall and Rylan Wheeler to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in January.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senator.

"It is always fun meeting pages and answering any questions they have about state government," Glick said. "The page program gives students a great opportunity to learn more about the legislative process, view the State Capitol building and meet their state senators."

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session. Groups serve on Wednesdays.
