Sen. Bray welcomes local students to Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (April 21, 2025) – State Sen. Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) welcomed the following local students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in March and April.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senator.

"I always enjoy helping our future leaders navigate their interest in state government through our page program," Bray said. "The Senate Page Program goes beyond the classroom, and I encourage any student interested in learning about state legislature to apply next year."

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session. Groups serve on Wednesdays.
