Sen. Alting welcomes local students to Statehouse as Senate pages

STATEHOUSE (March 5, 2026) – State Sen. Ron Alting (R-Lafayette) welcomed the following local students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages.

• Emelyn Adams, from Flora, attends Carroll Jr/Sr High School
• Austin Bell, from West Lafayette, is a homeschooled student
• Connor Bramlage, from Monticello, attends Roosevelt Middle School
• Sullivan Diener, from Monticello, attends Roosevelt Middle School
• Annabelle Eikenberry, from Lafayette, attends Faith Christian School
• Luke McKenna, from West Lafayette, attends William Henry Harrison High School (pictured with Sen. Deery (R-West Lafayette))
• Quentin Stankard, from Delphi, attends Delphi Community High School
• Grace Winestead, from Lafayette, attends Tecumseh Junior High School

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senator.

"I always enjoy meeting students from Senate District 22," Alting said. "The Senate Page Program does a fantastic job giving Hoosier students an opportunity to learn about what we do at the Statehouse, and I am happy so many take advantage of this opportunity."

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session.

The 2026 Senate Page program has now ended. Parents interested in learning more about the program should visit www.IndianaSenateRepublicans.com/Page-Program. Applications for the 2027 program will be available at the end of 2026.
