MESSMER RECOGNIZES JASPER HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND AT STATEHOUSE: State Sen. Mark Messmer (R-Jasper) meets with members of the Jasper High School Marching Band on Monday, March 13. Messmer welcomed the band to the Senate floor where he presented Senate Concurrent Resolution 26, which honored the band for winning the Indiana State School Music Association (ISSMA) Class B Marching Band State Finals on Nov. 5, 2022.
