STATE HOUSE (Feb. 21, 2018) ― State Sen. Jim Merritt (R-Indianapolis) will honor the Fishers High School We the People team with a special resolution Thursday, Feb. 22, at 1:30 p.m. during session.
WHAT: Merritt will present the resolution, honoring the Fishers High School We the People team, who will compete for a national championship in Washington, D.C., April 27-May 1. The We the People program promotes civic competence and responsibility among Indiana's elementary, middle and high school students.
WHO: Merritt will present the resolution to members of the Fishers High School We the People team.
