MERRITT HONORS FISHERS WE THE PEOPLE TEAM: State Sen. Jim Merritt (R-Indianapolis) honors the Fishers High School We the People team with a special resolution Thursday, Feb. 22, during session. The Fishers High School We the People team will compete for a national championship April 27 through May 1 in Washington, D.C. The We the People program promotes civic competence and responsibility among Indiana's elementary, middle and high school students.
