MEDIA ADVISORY: Merritt Hosts Forum Addressing the Opioid Epidemic

STATE HOUSE (Jan. 5, 2018) – State Sen. Jim Merritt (R-Indianapolis) and the Carmel Interfaith Alliance will host a forum addressing the heroin and prescription opioid epidemic Saturday, Jan. 6 at Carmel Christian Church.

Speakers will be discussing signs of drug use, how to secure medicine cabinets and use takeback opportunities, and support and resources for detox, treatment, and recovery for those addicted.
