LEISING WELCOMES SENATE DISTRICT 42 PHYSICIANS TO THE STATEHOUSE: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg, center) meets with Dr. David Welsh from Batesville (right) and Dr. Suzanne Martini from Sunman (left), at the Statehouse Wednesday, March 15. Both physicians are members of the Indiana State Medical Association, which is a federation of county and district medical societies across Indiana.
