LEISING WELCOMES CONSTITUENTS TO THE STATEHOUSE: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) meets with members of the New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. from Batesville at the Statehouse Tuesday, Feb. 14. The group shared a Valentine's Day card with Leising and discussed the legislative process and her role as state senator. New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. provides tailored programs, services, and engaging opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilites in Ripley, Franklin and Dearborn counties.
