LEISING VICE-CHAIRS STATE FAIR ADVISORY COMMITTEE: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) serves as vice-chair of the State Fair Advisory Committee at the Statehouse Wednesday, Nov. 15. The committee reviewed highlights and challenges from the 2023 Indiana State Fair and announced future state fair dates and goals for the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
The theme of the 2024 Indiana State Fair is "The Art and Nature of Fun." The state fair is scheduled for Aug. 2 – 18, 2024 and will be closed on Mondays.

State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) represents Senate District 42, which includes Decatur, Fayette, Ripley and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties.
