LEISING PRESENTS HER FIRST BILL OF THE 2023 LEGISLATIVE SESSION: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) presents her first bill of the 2023 legislative session, Senate Bill 241, to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Transportation Tuesday, Jan. 17. The bill would require the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles to submit an annual report on the number of electric vehicles registered by county. SB 241 passed unanimously and will now be considered by the full Senate.
