LEISING ATTENDS 2023 NCSL SUMMIT: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) attends the 2023 National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Summit at the Indiana Convention Center in Downtown Indianapolis. As chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and a member of the Senate committees on Utilities and Education and Career Development, Leising attended several discussions on agriculture, energy and education policy during the conference from Aug. 14-16.
NCSL serves state legislators and legislative staff in America's 50 states, commonwealths and territories by offering complete access to the latest in bipartisan policy research, training resources and technical assistance.
