STATEHOUSE (Jan. 23, 2018) – A bill authored by State Sen. Dennis Kruse (R-Auburn) to allow the Auctioneer Commission to approve and offer online courses recently passed the full Senate by a vote of 49-0.
“Having been on the National Auctioneers Foundation Board of Trustees, I feel a strong need to promote the educational benefits that can come from the Auctioneer Commission,” Kruse said. “The Commission already approved seven continuing education providers, so this bill would extend the Auctioneer Commission’s ability to further educational opportunities.”
Senate Bill 186 will now move to the House of Representatives.
