GARTEN RECOGNIZES INDIANA LEGISLATIVE YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL: State Sen. Chris Garten (R-Charlestown) welcomes the Indiana Legislative Youth Advisory Council (ILYAC) to the Statehouse Tuesday, Jan. 31. Garten presented Senate Concurrent Resolution 11, which recognizes ILYAC for its high achievement and civic engagement.
