STATEHOUSE (Nov. 18, 2025) — State Sen. Brett Clark (R-Avon) gathered with fellow legislators today at the Statehouse for Organization Day – the ceremonial start of the Indiana General Assembly.
Organization Day marks the annual first roll call of all state lawmakers. This day also provides members of the Senate and House of Representatives with the opportunity to meet before session officially reconvenes on Jan. 5. By state law, the 2026 session will conclude on or before March 14.
"I look forward to applying what I learned from my constituents and study committees to craft legislation that positively impacts our community," Clark said.
