Today, Alting is celebrating the National Day of Prayer, a day designated by the United States Congress encouraging Americans to pray.

May we pray for our Lord to give us the ability to forgive and bring love, compassion and respect to everyone. I also humbly ask constituents to pray for me as I continue to work for my friends and neighbors during my time in the Senate," Alting said.
