Tomes Congratulates Farmersville Elementary School

State Sen. Jim Tomes (R-Wadesville, second from right) congratulates Farmersville Elementary School on Tuesday, May 19 for receiving a Quality Matters award. The Institute for Quality Education (IQE) received more than 150 nominations, and recognized three schools from the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of the state with this award.

“I am extremely proud of the work these educators are doing here in Southern Indiana,” Tomes said. “It is clear that the Farmersville teachers are dedicated to their students, and that in return, the students appreciate their teachers. This is how educating our students is supposed to be.”
