Sen. Glick: Gov. Pence Supports Water Resources Study – Gov. Mike Pence (seated, center) joins legislators and representatives from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, state universities and private industry at a bill signing ceremony for Senate Enrolled Act 271 at the Indiana Statehouse on Wednesday, April 30. State Sens. Sue Glick (R-LaGrange, second row, center), Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg, second row, second left) and Ed Charbonneau (R-Valparaiso, seated on left) authored the legislation, which requires a study of Indiana’s water resources. Glick said the study is critical to ensuring Hoosiers have safe, reliable water sources and to keeping Indiana at the forefront of the nation on water policy. She thanked the bill’s sponsors, State Reps. Eric Koch (R-Bedford, seated on right) and David Wolkins (R-Winona Lake, second row, far right) for their collective efforts in support of a statewide water policy.
