Sen. Hershman Welcomes Local Students to Statehouse

STATEHOUSE (Feb. 12, 2014) – State Sen. Brandt Hershman (R-Buck Creek) recently welcomed the following students to the Statehouse to serve as Senate pages:

•    Michelle Neidigh, from Mulberry, attends Clinton Prairie High School.*

•    Lindsay Roberts, from Frankfort, attends Rossville Middle School.

•    Victoria Seest, from Mulberry, attends Rossville Middle School.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse, touring the historic building, observing debates from the chamber floor and interacting with their state senators.

Students in grades six through 12 can participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session.
