Sen. Glick: Scholarships Available for Volunteer Firefighters

Area fire departments are struggling with a shortage of volunteers, especially during the daytime hours. The lack of volunteer firefighters is so critical that Noble County has started dispatching two fire departments to any structure fire between the hours of 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. to ensure there is adequate staffing.
