Rogers to chair Senate Committee on Pensions and Labor

STATEHOUSE (Dec. 8, 2022) – State Sen. Linda Rogers (R-Granger) has been appointed by Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) to serve as chair of the Senate Committee on Pensions and Labor for the 123rd Indiana General Assembly.

Rogers will also serve on the following Senate committees:

As a long-time business owner and having been a member of the committee for several years now, I am confident I can serve as a strong, reliable leader," Rogers. "I look forward to meeting with fellow lawmakers to discuss a number of issues impacting the Hoosier workforce."

The 2023 legislative session ceremonially began with Organization Day on Nov. 22. The Senate is scheduled to reconvene for session Jan. 9.
