Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) meets New Horizons Rehabilitation, Inc. clients from Batesville while they tour the Statehouse Wednesday, Feb. 14. New Horizons Rehabilitation, Inc. is an affiliate of The Arc of Indiana, a nonprofit agency dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
